Welcome to the Hunting Farm, Buitenpost
Buitenpost, a beautiful scenic game farm, is situated between the towns of Marble Hall and Roedtan. The farm is approximately two hours drive from Gauteng on the highway towards Polokwane, leaving you with approximately 11.2 kilometers of a well maintained gravel road to reach the entrance to the farm.
The hunting farm offers a variety of walking trails and has an abundant amount of bird species for bird enthusiasts.
During the annual hunting season, from May till August, hunters are guided by our farm manager who is a professional hunter. Ten species of game are available to the hunter (some species might not be available every season for hunting).
The farm has excellent slaughtering and cool room facilities as well as game hunting and game drive vehicles. Game drives can be arranged on request.
Buitenpost welcome you to treat yourself with an amazing hunting experience. Our hunter’s camp offers our hunters, comfortable and clean accommodation.
You can come close to Giraffe, Kudu, Nyala, Impala, Blue Wildebeest, Zebra, Gemsbok, Eland, Red Hartebeest, Waterbuck, Blesbuck, Warthog and all the other small game on the farm. We offer hunting opportunities for bow and rifle hunters.

Marble Hall normally receives about 473mm of rain per year, with most rainfall occurring during summer. It receives the lowest rainfall (0mm) in June and the highest (89mm) in December. The monthly distribution of average daily maximum shows that the average midday temperatures for Marble Hall range from 21.5°C in June to 29.4°C in January. The region is the coldest during July when the mercury drops to 4.1°C on average during the night.
